The Establishment has given various aid packages to the Republic of Sri Lanka, such as construction projects linked to buildings houses for the flood-affected residents, for example the Mohammed bin Rashid Village houses 225 persons in 45 houses. Recently, it laid the foundation for Sheikha Hind bint Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum village in Verriamado region in the state of west Mandai, north of the Republic of Sri Lanka. The village will include 50 houses; each contains 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and bathroom with a well drilled in each one so that 50 families with an average of 7 members will benefit. Furthermore, the Establishment is carrying out projects of well drilling, Ramadan requirements, Iftar meals, and shipments of in-kind donations, as well as relief processes for victims of the floods that struck the country. The Establishment continues to run projects that aim to guarantee a decent life for mankind.
